your right Aum but don't you think there's more to reality than what we can perceive? i think that studying the unconscious through writers like Jung and Neumann give you a better perspective for things going on behind the consciousness..

I think there is much beyond what we tend to perceive. Some inherently perceive more, others learn to perceive more, and others just don't.

don't you think that there is something out there beyond our sensory perception that comprises reality also ,Lola? the only problem I have with the Perception =Reality problem is it makes everything so cut and dried. Maybe i've read too much Lovecraft fiction, but I kind of like the Idea of Other Dimensional beings out there ,right behind the Gate to our world.

Well, i guess that's true the whole "Truth is Relative " deal , but i like to think i can pull the picture off the wall turn it around and find something hidden in the back. thinking that's all there is , is just to stand and look at it and go "this is it ?" is depressing.

i 've put a good bit of thought into that, and came up with pretty much the same conclusion. i don't thimk humans will ever fully grasp truth, reality, or whatever you want to call it. this one says this, that one says that, and who the hell knows who's right or wrong?
